Where do sessions take place?

Telehealth. Via a HIPPA compliant video platform I offer therapeutic services from the safety and security of your own home. Before our first session, I send a set of instructions for how to access the platform and some best practices for session.

In Person. The traditional therapeutic experience in a safe, confidential setting where we can share space and explore treatment goals at various California locations: Los Gatos; Fremont; and Santa Cruz.

Do you accept insurance?

Insurance Coverage – At this time I accept limited insurance plans and Employee Assistance Programs. I will provide an insurance superbill, a detailed invoice outlining the services a client received, as an out-of-network provider which can be submitted for reimbursement of fees. Check with your health insurance company as many provide benefits for mental health services and even coaching.

Do you accept payments?

I use an automated system, Ivypay. All major credit cards, FSAs (flexible spending accounts), and HSAs (health savings accounts) are accepted.

What's your cancellation policy?

The full fee will be charged if no notice is given at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Two missed, including cancelled appointments are allowed per year, missed appointments in excess will be charged at the therapist’s full fee.

Which populations do you serve?

Children, teens, adults, and the elderly. Coming soon: couples, groups, and families.
